LifeSouth is a blood bank that predominantly receives and supplies blood in the southernmost states of the United States. They needed help reaching the missing young adult demographic. I helped them with extensive user/persona research, building a new Information Architecture, and creating a mobile-first website. The goals were to make the process of giving blood seem less daunting, to create a friendly experience where people could be educated about giving blood, to raise awareness especially during times of crisis, and, ultimately, to streamline the process of supplying all the necessary information and donation locations to the user.
